About Makwa Aerial
Makwa Aerial helps clients see property, progress, and places from a clearer point of view.
Makwa Aerial
Makwa Aerial is an Indigenous-owned drone services brand serving Rama, Orillia, Simcoe County, and surrounding communities. The work is focused on useful aerial photography, video, property documentation, construction progress records, real estate and cottage media, business media, and custom visual documentation.
The goal is simple: plan the flight carefully, capture clear angles, and deliver files that are easy to review, share, and keep for records. Some clients need attractive media for a listing or website. Others need practical documentation of a property, roofline, shoreline, access route, construction site, or seasonal condition. The quote process helps match the service to the job.
The Makwa Aerial name is rooted in the Makwa identity, with "Makwa" meaning bear. That identity is carried through the work with awareness, steadiness, and respect for people, property, and community.
Makwa Aerial serves Rama, Orillia, Severn, Ramara, Washago, Simcoe County, Muskoka-area clients by arrangement, and nearby communities.

Ownership and Values
Makwa Aerial is Indigenous owned and operated. Our approach is grounded in respect, responsibility, and trust. The Seven Grandfather Teachings are important guiding values for the business and are treated as a standard to carry, not a sales pitch.
These teachings help shape the standard we aim to carry into our work: clear communication, careful planning, and respectful treatment of every property.
