Physical Products and Merch
Physical field products and Makwa Aerial merch ship once ready. Timelines may vary by item, destination, weather, carrier delays, production timing, and product availability. Items in the same order may arrive separately.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a physical product arrives damaged or defective, contact inquiries@makwaaerial.ca with the order email, photos, packaging details, and a short description of the issue. Makwa Aerial will review the issue and follow up with next steps.
Returns and Refunds
Academy course access is generally not refundable after access has been delivered or used, except where required by law or approved for a duplicate purchase, billing error, or technical access problem. Physical product returns depend on product condition, customization, timing, and whether the item has already been produced or shipped.
Compatibility and Safety
Check compatibility with your aircraft, controller, site conditions, PPE needs, and operating workflow before purchase. Drone Essentials products do not replace pilot certification, legal requirements, site assessment, manufacturer instructions, or Transport Canada rules.
